Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 days. We will either e-mail or telephone you the day before your goods are due to be despatched with the telephone number of the carrier company and a consignment number if relevant. You can track your delivery direct with the carrier company then if you wish to do so.

The carrier will need a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 9.00amd and 6.00pm on the day of delivery.

If the delivery is to a communal building you should be aware that the carrier driver will not carry heavy items up stairs on their own and they will need identification before leaving the goods.

Please Note:
Do not arrange a plumber until after the goods have arrived and you have checked them.
