How Long Are Your Guarantees?
Our guarntees can only be what are offered by each individual manufacturer. Unless otherwise stated in product information most items carry a minimum 12 month guarantee. However many items do excede this.back to top
What Happens To My Credit Card Number When I Place An Order On-line?
When you enter your credit card details, everything you type, is immediately encrypted (scrambled) by the Protx security systems . At no time is your credit card number e-mailed or accessible to anyone at Protx or Bathroom essentials.

We always endeavor to deliver on time & without damage, but sometimes problems may arise due to the very fragile nature of many bathroom products.
