Product Pricing

Bathroom Essentials reserve the right, at any time, to alter or update any pricing or products contained within, and also the content of its terms and conditions as set out here, and as such you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates on subsequent visits.

If a pricing error occurs on this site then www.bathroomessentials.co.uk Ltd will not be bound to honour that price.

Orders

All orders are accepted when your credit/debit/charge card is processed. Your card will not be charged until the goods have been shipped.

www.bathroomessentials.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order, or to request further or more detailed information to enable it to process an order.

Product Specifications

All specifications are manufactures approximates only and the seller shall have no liability in respect of any deviation. The seller shall have no liability in the events of the goods infringing or being alleged to infringe the rights of any third party.

Returns & Cancellations

You agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within7 days we are unable to claim from either the carrier or manufacturer. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.

If you cancel your order you must e-mail www.bathroomessentials.co.uk Ltd instructing them to do so. A refund will be issued with in 5 working days. In the event that you have already received your delivery and still wish to cancel, it is the customers responsibility to return such item/s www.bathroomessentials.co.uk Ltd in a perfect re-saleable condition, at which stage you will be contacted to acknowledge receipt of the item/s and issued with a refund at that time. If the item/s are not returned in the conditions set out www.bathroomessentials.co.uk Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund and will contact you in this instance. Any orders that are cancelled after delivery must be returned within 10 days. Any refunds will not include delivery costs.

We will refund the cost of any goods that are agreed faulty and any delivery charge and the cost of returning the item to us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Returned Items should be returned to:

Delivery Requirements

Delivery be affected in one or more instalments. Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the carrier will incur an additional charge of £20.00 inc vat. No Liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange a plumber to install the item/s until they have been delivered and checked for damage.

In some circumstances where large bulky items are being delivered to remote locations there may be an additional delivery charge. If your order falls into this category you will be notified of the extra cost and given the opportunity of either accepting or cancelling your order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, www.bathroomessentials.co.uk Ltd accepts no responsibility for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, fire, legislation or other factors outside its control, or on its decision on reasonable grounds for reasons of suspicion of fraud. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order with sufficient lead time to avoid loss or disappointment resulting from such non shipment.
